Capovilla Distillato Di Birra (half Bottle) (375ml)

We have been distilling the same recipe for over twenty years, produced specifically for us by a craft brewery. An unfiltered, high-fermentation double malt blonde beer that is delivered to us after forty days of maturation. The only beer that, after many experiments, has proven capable of reflecting our idea of ​​a Bierbrand: full and harmonious, with characteristic notes of beer foam, pronounced aromas of rustic pears, yellow fruit and yeasts. In the mouth, then, round and vinous, frank of its noble raw materials, barley malt and hops. We recommend trying to taste our beer distillate fresh, cooling the glass before pouring: the temperature does not mortify its personality and aroma in any way.

Grape Varietal : blonde, double malt beer artisanally brewed in Friuli. 

Distilling method : slow, discontinuous distillation in a bain-marie (double boiler alembic). 100 liters of beer are turned into 6 liters of distillate after 2 distillations.
