Irish whiskey with an American accent - triple distilled with a blend of 20% malted barleyand 80% corn. Aged first in ex-bourbon barrels (traditional Irish) and finished in virgin American oak (traditional American)

The golden vibrant liquid opens with an upfront bouquet of vanilla, apple and cinnamon. A smooth, almost creamy palate of orange, orange zest, spice, cedar and notes of tobacco. The finish reminds us of a long Irish summers evening.
