This fine Spanish sparkling wine is made using the Traditional Method, in which the secondary fermentation producing the wine’s bubbles occurs in the bottle. It’s fresh, has a toasty nose, beautiful citrus, Green apple and mineral flavors. The mouth feel is supple and lively with a clean and crisp finish. Enjoy on its own and with caviar, sushi, oysters, seafood, fried foods and Asian dishes.
