A blend from low-yielding hand-picked vines comprising 70% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 10% Mourvedre, and 10% Cinsault. Two thirds is fermented in vats, the balance in two-to four-year-old demi-muids (600 litre oak barrels native to the region)
