100% Sauvignon Blanc sourced from Touraine vineyards in the Loire Valley producing at high yields while maintaining high quality. Static racking of the must. Electronic thermo-regulated fermentation (16-20°) in stainless steel tanks for a period of 3 weeks. Maturing on fine lees.
