This hillside fruit from the vineyard’s red soils makes for a wine full of black pepper spice, rose petal, licorice and dark berry notes.

Enjoy this robust zin with grilled Sonoma County duck or game meats. 

The wine was aged for 14 months in a combination of 20% new American oak, used American oak and French Oak. 

Chiles Mill Vineyard at 1000 feet elevation overlooks Chiles Canyon and the remnant walls of the grist mill built by pioneer J.B. Chiles. Includes heritage Zinfandel cuttings from Pacini, Picchetti, Geyserville, and Hambrecht.
