The aroma has citrus and intense lime characters with wild flowers in the background. The palate is fresh and crisp with a grapefruit finish. This is a wine that is built to last decades and age gracefully into an aged Hunter Semillon for which the Hunter Valley is famous. Drink from 2026 to 2045.
100% Semillon sourced from the Hordem vineyard, a single vineyard with 40+ year old vines. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
