The La Foule Chardonnay appears a deep and bright gold color in the glass. Aromas of pear, lemon balm and light vanilla lead to subtle toasted oak character on the lingering finish.

Inspired by the original song “La Foule” performed by Edith Piaf, this premium range of wines has been selected from the most qualitative vineyards from France. The wines crafted from this very special selection are particularly elegant and balanced, like a timeless portrait of the French culture and savoir-faire.
Gentle pneumatic pressing preserves the quality of the crop. 40% of the wine is fermented using french staves, at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation is halted in order to preserve the freshness of the wine. A part of the wine is then aged for 4 months with regular stirring of the fine lees before bottling.
