The Vin de France appellation enable us to source the finest French grapes from the best growing zones: Right bank of the Rhône river, Provence & Languedoc-Roussillon, region for the Grenache noir & Syrah (clay & limestone soils), Languedoc hills for the Merlot (pebbles stones & limestone soils).
50% Grenache noir, 35% Syrah, 15% Merlot
The grapes chosen come from zones where the juice to skin ratio is high, with thin skins and therefore less color. Direct-press process to limit color migration and favor a delicate rose-petal pink. Very low temperature ferments and early bottling to capture aromatics and freshness.
