Pale yellow very clean and bright. Fresh, floral scent with notes of pastry. The palate is very fruity and persistent. Easy to drink and slightly pungent.
Organic practices. Vines are located in an area with a gentle slope. Vines are over 35 years old. The estate starts at 550 m and goes up to 650 m.
Pre-frementation maceration 6-7 hours at 10C. Alcoholic fermentation for 10 days. Aged in tanks on fine lees for 5 months.
The Palacio de Canedo estate has been associated with wine since 1730. In those times they would make and store 30 thousand liters of wine from the vineyards surrounding the Palace.
