StoneCap Description
The fruit producing this Riesling was sourcedfrom two different sections of our estate vineyard.The majority came from the east side, wheretemperatures remain cooler, allowing for much moreacid retention and hang time. The remainder of thefruit comes from the top of the vineyard; this blockhas excellent exposure and produces wine withexpressive aromatics. The Riesling was fermentedcool in 100% stainless steel to maintain the fruit’scrisp purity and to preserve aromatics.
