The Pinot Project Pinot Noir is handcrafted from high-quality vineyards in California’s Coastal Regions; from Monterey and San Benito in Central Coast to Suisun Valley in the North Coast. The diversity in soil and climate from these AVAs contributes to depth in character, balance, and pristine fruit. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness and then destemmed to express bright fruit flavors and maintain freshness. A small percentage of the wine sees French and American Oak.
