The Domaine des Berioles Mille-Pattes is an explosion of fleshy red fruits and berries on the nose and on the palate, with a pleasant freshness to finish.

This wine is best enjoyed in its youth, with friends over an aperitif, with tapas, a picnic or grilled meats.

100% Gamay planted between 1992 and 2006. The grapes are de-stemmed prior to vinification. 8-day ambient yeast fermentation in stainless steel tank, with daily pump-overs and punch-downs. Aged 4-6 months in tank.
